Premier Power has the capability to comprehensively
test, clean, flow, match and batch fuel injectors.
Even new injectors require cleaning.
During manufacture, injectors are wax coated to prevent
needle seizure from damage caused by shelf life and
condensation. This wax can take several thousands of
miles to clear, and alters & upsets the spray pattern
of the injector which can have a detrimental effect
on the performance of the engine. Premier Power provides
a thorough service to combat these effects and ensure
the best possible flow rate and functionality.
Initially each set of injectors are
tested to discover their performance level prior to
cleaning. A comprehensive report is compiled with details
of flow rate and spray pattern to give a clear picture
of their current state. Injectors are then ultrasonically
cleaned and re-tested. Any disparity in performance
is then noted, and injectors are matched and batched
accordingly. In this way we can guarantee all cylinders
of the engine receive optimum fuel and obtain the best
level of performance.
